First Gathering to Honor our 90+ year old’s – December 8, 2018
Photos from our very first gathering to honor our 90+ yr old’s this past Sunday. They are: Jack Klein, Jeanne Klein, Audrey Rensberry, Muriel Mercer, and Helen Timm. We tried to capture everyone! Thank you to every attendee! You made their day by honoring them in this way!!
Care and Outreach Program
This project, thru November 4th will be The Women’s Shelter. They are in need of many things, such as: Note books/Pens, calendars, craft kits, boxed and canned food , date planer, shampoo, conditioner, razors, under garments (all sizes), socks, ladies winter coats, hats, scarves, mittens (can be “gently used” items only if in GOOD condition). Also, baby bottles, children’s sippy cups, diapers (sized 3 & 5) and pull-ups(all sizes).

Alpena News Article – Huron Shores Hires New Pastor
Article appeared in the Alpena News on October 20, 2018. Huron Shores Fellowship in Alpena has welcomed Alpena native Warren J. Hoffman as its new pastor, the church said in a news release. Hoffman has 38 years of experience and has served congregations in Canada, New York, and St. Louis, Mo., the church said. He became head of staff at First Baptist Church in Sioux Falls, S.D. in September 2013.
